A very well kept place and a well sized garden as a frequent visitor to see my wife, Christine, for almost 7 years, I have come into close contact with the place. Staff levels are more than adequate. They are kind and considerate and cope with the day to day problems very well. To me personally they are polite and helpful. Cleanliness is of a very high standard and the garden is a hidden treasure. Christine appreciates it so much and spends time there whenever she can. A few times people looking for a care home for their loved ones have asked me about the care provided at Thornton Lodge and I have no hesitation in recommending it. - JS
